Explore inscriptions and collections on every chain, and where each list comes from

Look up Doginal 5,000, then browse collections chain by chain: Sub 1K built in, the collection registry makers publish on the chain, and known collections from Nintondo's public search for Doginals, Pepinals and Bellinals, shared between arcades and agreed by fingerprint. A Pepinals collection fetched live from a linked arcade, Bellscoin, Luckycoin and DigiByte, Litecoin's sources (chikun.market, LiteOrd, liteverse.io with its permission), and a possible next module: shared, hosted collection data on top of Ord and Explore.

  8. Explore looks up inscriptions: pictures, text and tokens written onto a chain. You can browse it without signing in.
  9. Pick a chain along the top: Dogecoin, Pepecoin, Bellscoin, Luckycoin, DigiByte and more.
  10. Search by inscription number, id or address. Here: Doginal number 5,000.
  11. The answer comes from an arcade that walks Dogecoin and shares its index. This node didn't index anything itself.
  12. Further down: Collections. Each chain has its own list, here the Doginals.
  13. Every card says how many pieces it has and how many arcades agree on it.
  14. Agreed by 3 means three arcades hold exactly the same list of pieces, checked by a fingerprint of every id.
  15. Search by name, sort by size, holders, newest or most agreed, and filter by size or agreement.
  16. Each list says where it came from. There are three kinds.
  17. Built in: Sub 1K, the first 1,000 inscriptions on the chain, numbered by the index itself.
  18. The collection registry: collections their makers published on the chain. The first to publish a piece owns it.
  19. Known collections: the lists collectors already use. For Doginals, Pepinals and Bellinals that's Nintondo's public search.
  20. An arcade reads that search only if its operator switches it on in Admin. Every other arcade takes the lists from linked arcades.
  21. On Pepecoin, this one says not fetched yet: nobody opened it here before.
  22. Opening it asks the linked arcades. One that holds the list sends it, and this arcade checks the fingerprint.
  23. Here it is. The line under the name says which arcade sent the list and how many arcades agree on it.
  24. The pictures themselves come straight from the chain, read by an arcade that walks Pepecoin.
  25. Bellscoin: Bellinals collections, from the same public search, shared over the mesh the same way.
  26. Luckycoin and DigiByte have no public collection list yet: you see Sub 1K and anything published to the registry.
  27. Litecoin's lists arrive with the Litecoin update, each site its own source: chikun.market, LiteOrd, and liteverse.io once it gives permission.
  28. Next, maybe: a module for shared and hosted collection data on top of the Ord and Explore modules, kept by the arcades themselves.
