Run your own DigiByte node for the most trust

DigiByte mixes five mining algorithms, so an arcade that borrows DigiByte from another can't yet check the proof of work on the blocks it's given. Running DigiByte on your own arcade removes that trust.

Swapping DigiByte

A swap between DigiByte and Pepecoin, Dogecoin or Litecoin settles on both chains with a pair of time-locked contracts. Either both people are paid, or both get their coins back after 4 to 8 hours. How swaps work.

For speed, swaps below 1,000 DGB act on unconfirmed payments; at or above that, and whenever a token or collectible is involved, they wait for one confirmation. Operators can move that line.

DigiByte on your own arcade

An arcade can run DigiByte itself, borrow it from another arcade that shares it, or leave it off. Running it lets your arcade check every block and lend DigiByte to smaller arcades, which pay in kind.
